What type of grow bulbs work in your fixtures?
All of our pendants are compatible with a standard E26 based bulb. Our fixtures fit bulbs up to 3.5 inches in diameter.
We recommend purchasing an LED grow bulb since they don’t put off a lot of heat. Based on our personal experience, these bulbs work great and fit perfectly in each fixture:
How do I hang the fixtures?
Each fixture is crafted as a single unit. The only removable piece is the circular wooden platform. The pendants are meant to be hung by the built-in wooden ring at the top of each fixture. With that being said, if you’d like to adjust the height at which they hang, you can simply add a chain to make them hang lower to the ground if desired.
Do the pendants have a switch?
Yes! Each pendant has a switch located 1.5 ft from the plug on the cord.
How much weight can each pendant hold?
Each pendant can safely hold up to 5 lbs.
Do grow bulbs give off significant heat?
Some do! That’s why each of our fixtures support an LED grow bulb up to 3.5 inches in diameter as our fringe shades are 5 inches. The two grow bulbs that we recommend above don’t give off a lot of heat, are smaller than 3.5 inches in diameter, and work perfectly within each pendant.
Ensure the fringe from the shade isn’t touching the bulb before or during use.
We also coat each fringe lamp shade in a fire retardant made especially for textiles for added protection.
